After originating the amazingly Apple Watch-like Amazfit GTS in China back in August, Huami is gearing up to begin the watch in India in partnership with Amazon. This new smartwatch will be originated in India on Amazon sometime soon, but the accurate launch date remains unknown.
Amazfit GTS has been launched in Black and Gray colored cases with bands available in six colors. In China, it’s priced is 889 Yuan, which is approx. Rs. 9,000, which makes us believe that it will be priced similarly in India as well. However, we can get to know the final pricing of the Amazfit GTS in the country only when it is originated later this month.
The Amazfit GTS comes with a 1.65-inch Super Retina Grade AMOLED screen display and 341ppi, 12 Sports Mode tracking, Activity, and Sleep Tracking, etc. This watch also has a custom modular dial, metal body, and 14 days of battery life, which is 220mah, which is terrific. The panel runs at a resolution of 348 x 442 pixels and has 341ppi pixel density. It weighs about 24.8g and is 9.4mm thick.
The Amazfit GTS has sensors of Low-power BioTracker PPG sensor, 6-Axis Accelerometer, 3 Axis Geomagnetic Sensor, Air Pressure Sensor and, Ambient Light sensor. This watch is with the constant heart rate tracking feature disabled. When we enabled this feature, it can last around 22 hours. It has Bluetooth 5.0 LE and in-built GPS+GLONASS. It supports both iOS and Android smartphones.
Till now, from the news and reports, there is no information about the pricing of the Amazfit GTS, but we can assume it to be priced moderately like its predecessors and compete against rivals in the space. As per the news, it will be launched on Amazon; we can expect it to be apparent during the festive season sale for attractive offers.
