Think of a situation that you are at home with your dear and loved ones. Then quickly, a query comes in your mind, and you want that Siri to get the quick answer on your iPhone. In that case, the virtual assistant gives you the correct answer; during the conversation, it uses an explicit language. But this feels ashamed? This article can save your day by disabling explicit language for Siri on iPhone and iPad.

iOS gives a native choice to filter offensive language for Siri. And when you have turned off or disable this feature, the virtual assistant keeps terrible or bad words out of its vocabulary. Everybody doesn’t want a shocker from the personal assistant. Especially when you are with someone outside. By using the following simple steps, you can disable explicit language for Siri on the iPhone or iPad.

1. On your iPad or iPhone, open the Settings and then click on the “Screen Time” option.

2. Then click on the “Content & Privacy Restrictions” option and then enable the switch right next to the Content & Privacy Restrictions.

3. Now, click on the “Content Restrictions” option.

4. In the “Siri Section,” click on the “Explicit Language” option. Then you will see two options. You have to select “Don’t Allow” option. Then leave the Settings App.

Now from now, Siri will no longer use foul language. So, you can conveniently use the personal assistant anywhere without any shame.

So, this is an easy and simple way of holding Siri from using the wrong words. This may not be a must-have characteristic for many, but for me, it is very beneficial. As we are speaking about Apple’s assistant, I would also suggest you delete Siri and dictation history from time to time to prevent your privacy.
